Once we receive your completed application, you will be issued a membership card*, with a unique membership number. You will be required to have your card with you to receive membership benefits. There is a $5 replacement fee for lost cards.

How do I join?

Membership applications are accepted via fax, mail or in-person and are required. You can pick up an application at the club or download and print one yourself. (requires Adobe Acrobat reader which can be obtained by visiting www.adobe.com)

Note: All applications must contain a valid signature and credit card number. Please fill out the application completely. Emailed applications are not accepted.
